Account Manager/ Inside Sales Rep
Ultimate Staffing is a long-established, industry-leading supplier in the energy and industrial materials sector. They are seeking an Account Manager, Inside Sales to manage existing accounts, develop new business, and deliver high-value product solutions nationwide.
Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with existing customers while developing new accounts
Learn product lines and market trends through ongoing research and training
Handle inbound calls and inquiries with professionalism and urgency
Prepare quotes, documentation, follow‑up, and customer support
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate delivery
Maintain proactive communication with management and the sales team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
Interest in the oil and gas or industrial supply industry
Strong phone presence-clear, confident, and customer‑focused
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Professional communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
