The role involves working closely with partners on corporate debt transactions, including syndicated lending and commercial finance matters, while providing meaningful responsibility and exposure to complex financings.
Law Practice
Responsibilities
Work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a range of corporate debt transactions, including syndicated lending, secured transactions, and other commercial finance matters such as cash-flow credit facilities
Manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Draft and negotiate transaction documents
Provide project management for financing transactions
Qualification
Required
Senior-level experience in corporate debt and commercial finance transactions
Experience with syndicated lending, secured transactions, and cash-flow credit facilities
Strong drafting, negotiation, and project-management skills
Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
Excellent academic credentials and strong written and verbal communication skills
Admitted in Texas or eligible to waive in
Preferred
Private debt experience strongly preferred
