Qualification
Required
Associate or bachelor's degree is preferred, or 4 years minimum B to B customer service experience
Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation processes, with the ability to identify potential clients and actively pursue opportunities
Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, including addressing client needs promptly and professionally
Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members and clients in a clear, responsive, and courteous manner
Previous experience in sales or customer support, with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle on-site responsibilities effectively
Preferred
Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable
