Responsibilities
Represent the client from planning through close-out, with ownership of budgets, schedules, monthly cost reporting, and risk management
Lead consultant and contractor coordination, chairing key meetings, and maintaining clear, accurate reporting throughout the life of each project
Prepare RFPs, manage consultant and contractor selection processes, and prepare contracts
Anticipate issues, advise clients clearly, and resolve problems with confidence and diplomacy
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5 years in a Project Management role with an owner's rep or consulting firm
Demonstrated responsibility for cost reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Experience leading consultants, contractors, and client meetings
Exposure to RFPs, selection processes, and contracts
Preferred
Experience in a Senior PM Position with oversight of other PM's preferred but not essential, if SPM is your next step, please reach out
Technical degrees are preferred but not essential
