Required

Experience in development phase of aerospace hardware
Experience interacting with peers, management and government customers
Experience in presentations and in written communication skills
A Bachelor of Science or higher in Electrical Engineering or related engineering discipline
5+ years of professional experience
US Citizenship is required
You will need to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance

Preferred

Experience using and assisting others with HyperLynx
Experience performing, reviewing and training others in Signal and Power Integrity Analysis
Experience in electronic systems schematic creation and interpretation, and Electronics Modeling/Simulation Software such as SPICE
Experience in schematic capture using Zuken or similar software
Experience performing failure Investigation on electronic hardware (CCA, Unit, and System Level)
Demonstrated good communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues to peers, stakeholders, subcontractors and customers
Demonstrated ability to work in an exciting, dynamic, collaborative team environment and to create consensus among peers and effective relationships with team members
Demonstrated excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills
Able to work effectively in a team environment
Existing DoD Secret clearance
