Responsibilities
Deliver flawless, production-ready files
Create detailed and accurate graphic schematics
Run point for Production Art within given categories by attending meetings and identifying personal action items
Be available as the go-to graphic production resource for a greater, cross-functioning team
Coach and lead the team into new ways of working
Manage multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment while keeping production moving forward
Leverage 2D and 3D tools for production art
Participate in Production Art meetings and alignment
Create high-volume schematics and lay-down product pages
Create documentation for downstream partners and review strike-offs
Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval
Qualification
Required

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment
Proficient knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite
Advanced of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates
Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables
Expert-Level listening, communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to support and lead peers in new tools and ways of working
Ability to navigate ambiguity while continuing to collaborate with the team
Laser focus on the critical details that often get missed
Ability to multi-task amidst competing priorities
Curiosity for learning and building a strong design community
Preferred
Experience in 3D apparel programs (CLO or Browzwear) is preferred
Understanding of Smartsheet, Airtable, and Miro is a plus
A love for sports is a bonus but a love for design is essential
