Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in business systems analysis or business analysis
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Proficiency in requirement gathering and documentation
Experience in agile delivery environments and working with cross-functional teams
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Familiarity with wealth management or advisory environments
Experience with managed account platforms
Knowledge of testing methodologies and tools such as Visio, Confluence, and Jira
