BIM Tech III
McMillen, Inc. is currently seeking a Revit Team Member to join their growing team. The role involves leading and managing Revit projects within the water resource engineering environment, requiring creative designs and effective communication with design engineers to solve complex problems and complete projects on time.

Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Revit projects & coordinate with project teams
Setup Revit projects utilizing multiple models, files and team members
Manage Cloud projects
Create and manage Revit content:
Create and manage: Views, Sheets, Schedules in accordance with standards and desired outcomes
Must have knowledge of Structural discipline
Actively participate in projects by providing support through all phases of design and delivery process
The ability to work and collaborate with Revit, Inventor and Civil 3D within a master model across multiple disciplines
Must be able to manage multiple assignments, remain highly organized, and produce products at a fast pace, while maintaining high quality standards
Preferred candidates will have worked on water treatment plants, pump stations, fish hatcheries, and hydropower facilities or similar Structural projects
Qualification
Required
Proficiency with Autodesk's Revit is required
Proficient with steel modeling
Proficient with concrete modeling
Proficient with Rebar modeling
Proficient with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
Proficiency with Navisworks and 3D coordination is required
Proficient with AutoCAD
A minimum of 10 years of structural experience preparing and developing clear, complete, and accurate designs with Revit
Must understand the water resource industry, to include Fish Hatcheries, Hydroelectric Power, and Pump Storage
Must have knowledge of Structural discipline
The ability to work and collaborate with Revit, Inventor and Civil 3D within a master model across multiple disciplines
Must be able to manage multiple assignments, remain highly organized, and produce products at a fast pace, while maintaining high quality standards
Preferred
Technical or vocation program completion with focus in design and drafting; AA/AS preferred
10 years experience preferred as a multi-discipline designer
Previous experience Structural Concrete/3D Rebar Design, Structural Steel Design, and Connections in Revit
Previous experience with Autodesk Vault is a plus
Knowledge of Dynamo or Python for Revit
Knowledge of Inventor or similar software is a plus
Experience in water resources is a plus
Must have good technical writing and professional communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Ability to collaborate productively with multidisciplinary team members on a variety of concurrent projects
