Responsibilities
Conduct market, financial, and operational analysis to inform strategic decision-making
Prepare business cases, financial models, and pro formas for new initiatives and projects
Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to track project and process performance
Support the planning, coordination, and execution of multiple concurrent strategic initiatives
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure successful completion
Identify and help resolve project issues, risks, and barriers
Performs any and all other duties as necessary to support departmental and organizational goals
Work closely with executives, clinical leaders, project teams, and internal/external stakeholders
Facilitate multi-disciplinary meetings and contribute to stakeholder engagement throughout project lifecycles
Assist in preparing presentations and communications for leadership and stakeholders
Apply data-driven insights and lean principles to support operational improvement and innovation
Participate in ad hoc strategic and operational work as assigned (e.g., time studies, playbooks, white papers, acquisition research)
Assist in evaluating operational feasibility, capacity, and market demand for new programs
Support the assessment of investment requirements, staffing models, and ROI for strategic initiatives
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years in strategy, consulting, project management, or analytics within healthcare or a related field
Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data visualization skills
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work independently and as part of a team
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree required
