Qualification
Required
Leadership and management skills to oversee program staff, develop team goals, and evaluate program performance
Knowledge of substance use disorders, mental health, and recovery-oriented care, along with the ability to create and implement evidence-based approaches
Strong collaboration and community-building skills to foster partnerships with local agencies and service providers
Experience in budget management, compliance with regulatory standards, and program planning or evaluation
Exceptional communication, organizational, and decision-making abilities
Degree or equivalent experience in social work, counseling, public health, or a related field
Preferred
certifications related to substance use or mental health treatment are a plus
First-hand knowledge or experience in the recovery process is a strong advantage
