Responsibilities
Lead and manage complex audit engagements across multiple industries
Present findings and recommendations directly to client leadership
Research and resolve technical accounting issues
Oversee engagement teams and provide direction on challenging assignments
Mentor and develop associates as they progress in their careers
Support firm growth through client service excellence and selective BD involvement
Collaborate with internal specialists to deliver comprehensive client solutions
Participate in community and firmwide initiatives
Qualification
Required
6–7+ years of public accounting or industry assurance experience
CPA required
Strong technical foundation in audit and accounting standards
Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines
Experience reviewing workpapers and guiding staff
Comfort presenting to executives and client leadership
Interest in coaching, developing, and elevating team performance
Integrity, accountability, and a continuous‑learning mindset
