Responsibilities
Co-lead financial modeling for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and major capital projects
Conduct industry, market, competitive, and demographic research to assess strategic fit and investment risk
Prepare investment memorandums and presentation materials for executive leadership and the Board
Support transaction evaluation, recommendations, and executive-level decision making
Assist with M&A due diligence by managing data room activity, analyzing materials, and coordinating with buyers, sellers, and internal stakeholders
Partner cross-functionally during due diligence, integration planning, and post-transaction execution
Support finance-led special projects as needed
Assist with preparation and review of transaction-related legal documentation
Apply strong financial rigor, attention to detail, and sound business judgment to all analyses
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of corporate development processes and team capabilities
Perform additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
1–4 years of relevant experience in corporate development, strategy, transaction support, or a similar environment
Demonstrated experience with financial analysis and modeling
Solid understanding of finance and GAAP
Advanced Excel-based financial modeling skills
Strong PowerPoint presentation skills; proficient in Word and Outlook
Financial modeling and analysis

Highly analytical with exceptional attention to detail
