Head of Marketing US
Winnin is an AI-powered platform that maps culture and human behavior through data from social video platforms. They are seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing for the US to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aimed at building the brand and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own the US Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy that encompasses brand marketing, demand generation, and marketing operations
Drive Demand Generation: Build and manage a robust demand generation engine to create a strong pipeline of marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and sales-qualified leads (SQLs). Your primary KPI will be leads generated/influenced and account coverage
Lead Brand Building Initiatives: Increase brand awareness, and position Winnin as a thought leader and innovator in the industry
Oversee Marketing Operations: Manage the marketing technology stack, analytics, and reporting to ensure we are tracking and optimizing our marketing performance
Content & Social Media: Own the US social media calendar and strategy for evergreen content
Events & Field Marketing: Lead the strategy and execution for field marketing initiatives including VIP dinners, roundtables, partner events, and trade shows
Team Leadership: As a player-coach, you will be hands-on in executing the marketing plan while also building and leading a high-performing marketing team in the US
Sales Alignment: Work closely with the US sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with sales goals and that the sales team is supported with high-quality leads and effective sales enablement materials
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably in a B2B SaaS or technology company
A demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven significant revenue growth
Deep expertise in demand generation, including account-based marketing (ABM), performance marketing, and lead nurturing
Strong experience in brand marketing, including public relations, content marketing, and social media
A data-driven mindset with a strong understanding of marketing analytics and ROI
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
A hands-on, 'player-coach' mentality with a willingness to be involved in the day-to-day execution of marketing tasks
