Responsibilities

Conduct outbound outreach via email, phone, social media, and other channels to generate new leads
Research target accounts, decision-makers, and industry trends to personalize outreach
Qualify inbound leads based on fit, interest, and readiness to engage with sales
Schedule discovery calls, product demos, and meetings for Sales Reps
Maintain accurate lead and activity data in CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce or equivalent)
Meet or exceed monthly KPIs such as outreach volume, qualified meetings booked, and pipeline contribution
Understand the company’s product suite, value propositions, customer personas, and differentiators
Educate prospects on product benefits and how the solution addresses their pain points
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging and targeting
Provide feedback on lead quality, campaigns, and prospect insights to improve GTM performance
Participate in team meetings, sales training, and ongoing skill development

Qualification

Required

1–2+ years of sales, business development, or customer-facing experience (SaaS experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to adapt messaging to different personas such as executives, operations teams, and technical contacts
Comfortable with high-volume outreach and disciplined follow-up
Coachable, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales engagement tools

Preferred

Experience in an early-stage startup (<50 employees - nice to have)
Good to have: You have a background in football. We are all about football. We produce educational content for coaches, clubs and entire federations. A basic understanding of football or maybe even a coaching license is a big bonus here
