Responsibilities
Lead the development and communication of DoorDash’s Merchant Strategy; defining strategic and operational objectives
Collaborate with senior leaders across Strategy, Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, to align key priorities, objectives, and resourcing needs
Drive team accountability and execution through planning cadences, business reviews, and oversight of Merchant acquisition, experience, and growth investments
Shape the future of the Merchant Experience by leading strategic initiatives that are particularly high priority or cross-cutting
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, chief of staff, business operations, or product operations; high-growth startup experience is advantageous
Bachelors Degree or higher
Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives, and delivering results on time
A structured, process-driven mindset with a passion for turning ambiguity into action and building scalable systems for strategy execution
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives—written, verbal, and visual
Strong business acumen—assessing risks, opportunities, and trade-offs to support short-term needs and long-term goals
You have exceptional analytical experience (Excel/Google Sheets/SQL), and are proficient at (and a fast learner of) a variety of other tech platforms
