Responsibilities
Set up and operate test equipment for client projects
Build or adapt test setups based on engineering instructions and data sheets
Examine samples and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Follow defined test plans and record accurate data
Operate designated machines and perform routine maintenance; assist with basic calibration
Evaluate test performance and prepare clear reports
Communicate with customers during setup and testing to ensure proper evaluation
Suggest improvements for equipment, processes, and testing methods
Work independently within defined responsibilities and apply continuous improvement practices
Qualification
Preferred
Higher Secondary Education plus three years related experience preferred
Effective communication skills and ability to interact with customers
Proven ability to be innovative and creative
Theoretical knowledge in Electronics
Desire to work in a team-oriented environment
Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must
Ability to incorporate automation into day-to-day testing
