Residential Life Customer Service Advisor
The University of East London (UEL) is dedicated to changing lives through education and is seeking a Residential Life Customer Service Advisor. This role involves acting as the first point of contact for visitors and providing high-quality customer care to students and other visitors in the Residential Life office.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for all visitors
Provide a high standard of customer care to all students living in UEL Halls of Residence, prospective residents, UEL colleagues and all other visitors to the Residential Life office
Deliver an excellent, effective and customer focused experience for our 1169 student residents in the Halls of Residence
Ensure a high level of service is provided
Qualification
Required
Educated to a degree level or equivalent
Experience in a customer-facing role
Strong customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Strong IT skills
Strong administrative skills
Flexibility to respond to the needs of the Residential Life team and stakeholders
Ability to work regular weekends
