Responsibilities

Support partner onboarding and enablement to drive adoption and maximize value from digital advertising solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently, ensuring timely execution and follow-up on key initiatives
Analyze partner performance data and campaign results to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
Maintain accurate account documentation, technical specifications, and workflow processes using tools such as Salesforce
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including product, sales, and technical teams, to support new initiatives and integrations
Proactively identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance partner success and internal efficiency
Monitor adoption metrics, provide insights, and support go-to-market activities to optimize partner engagement and outcomes
Contribute to strategy workshops, meetings, and communications to ensure partners receive seamless and valuable experience
Drive measurable business outcomes for partners by ensuring successful implementation and utilization of solutions

Required

A motivated professional with a passion for digital advertising and driving partner success
An excellent communicator who builds trust and fosters strong relationships with partners and internal teams
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results on time
Curious and proactive, and eager to learn and apply both technical and business concepts to solve challenges
Skilled in maintaining accurate documentation and managing workflows using tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, and Jira
A collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments and values diverse perspectives
Committed to supporting go-to-market initiatives, improving processes, and driving adoption of innovative solutions
Focused on delivering measurable outcomes that create value for partners and the organization
