Responsibilities
Perform product and material testing to evaluate performance and ensure compliance with internal and industry standards
Prepare and manage testing samples, ensuring accuracy and traceability
Document results, prepare reports, and communicate insights to internal stakeholders
Support product claims evaluation with data-driven testing and documentation
Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment and ensure safety compliance
Contribute to technical projects, process improvements, and new testing technologies
Qualification
Required
Strong attention to detail with excellent documentation and data-entry skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and provide actionable insights
Clear communication skills and comfort working across teams
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ASTM methods is a bonus
Associate degree or technical training in science, engineering, or materials technology
