Responsibilities
Support the COO with administrative projects and ad-hoc business development and portfolio company support, including market research, financial analysis, legal contract reviews, presentation materials, and meeting preparation
Support the four partners with scheduling, travel, meeting coordination, and expense reconciliation
Plan and execute internal and external events, i.e. offsites, speaker series, quarterly team activities, annual investor summit, etc
Serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and visiting guests
Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers including HR, legal, IT, insurance, utilities, and facilities management
Process invoices and allocate expenses to correct projects
Maintain organized office systems and supply and snack inventory
Draft investor communications, including letters and presentations
Manage corporate website content
Provide exceptional external and internal client service with professionalism
Work ahead and problem-solve independently before escalating questions
Qualification
Required
2 - 4 years of experience in a creative, startup, or other professional environment
Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive self-starter with ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize, pivot quickly, and manage multiple deadlines and projects
High degree of discretion and professionalism in dealing with high profile companies, executives, and brand partners
Value contributing to a purpose and values driven environment
Microsoft 365 proficiency; Adobe Creative Suite experience is a plus
Polished, professional presentation and confident demeanor
Proven ability to manage up and support leadership efficiently
High energy and desire to be a part of a strong team-based culture
