They are seeking a qualified Project Manager to lead a team on a critical water treatment plant construction project, responsible for planning, execution, and delivery of concrete construction packages.

Responsibilities
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of the concrete package
Manage concrete subcontractor procurement, contracts, and performance
Oversee budget management, cost forecasting, and change management
Coordinate concrete activities with civil, mechanical, and electrical scopes
Ensure concrete work meets drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Oversee inspections, testing, and punch list completion
Champion jobsite safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in construction project management or concrete scope leadership
Manage concrete packages in value of $100+ million
Demonstrated experience managing heavy civil or structural concrete packages
Strong understanding of concrete construction means and methods
Experience managing schedules, budgets, and subcontractors
Proven leadership and team management capabilities
Strong coordination and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
Financial acumen with strong cost and schedule control skills
Ability to manage complex mechanical scopes in active treatment plant environments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with CMiC, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar systems
