Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Python-based application or platform projects
Act as a bridge between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders
Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
Ensure smooth delivery of service-oriented and REST-based systems
Review incident reports and ensure follow-ups on root cause analysis
Work with SRE/Engineering teams to improve reliability and performance metrics

Required

Relevant experience in Project / Program Management
Good understanding of Python-based systems and architectures

Understanding of monitoring tools like Grafana/MQL or similar
Ability to analyze system issues, incidents, and performance data
Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

Prior experience managing SRE or DevOps teams
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Technical background with scripting or SQL is an advantage
