Research Assistant I- The Nigrovic Lab

Tissue culture
Cellular and molecular immunology assays including but not limited to qPCR, flow cytometry, confocal. and intra-vital 2-photon microscopy, western blot, etc
Animal husbandry and colony maintenance
Lab maintenance, i.e. ordering supplies, general upkeep, etc
Consenting and collecting patient samples
Processing, organizing and cryopreserving patient samples

Required

A Bachelors degree in Biology/Molecular Biology/Immunology or related field is required
Excellent communication, organization, time management, and record-keeping a must

Past research experience in tissue culture, cellular and molecular immunology and/or mouse work preferred but not required
A 2-year commitment is preferred
