Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for various projects in the Delta Program, including Intelligent Document Processing, Field Service Efficiency, and Digital Containment
Conduct technical and functional analysis of workflow platforms and applications, including documenting Current State, Target State and Gap Analysis
Manage and maintain documentation, including functional specifications, process flows, technical architecture, sequence diagrams, data flows, system integrations, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria to support development and testing
Understand the enterprise architecture and the different systems/components involved such as Services, ODM, Databases, UIs, BPM
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies throughout project lifecycles
Operate in an Agile product development environment, manage stakeholder requests with clear prioritization
Assist with Scrum ceremonies and drive ongoing Sprint Planning and Backlog Refinement sessions
Coordinate and support user acceptance testing (UAT), track defects, and ensure timely resolution through collaboration with QA and development teams
Resolve any Production issues or data quality inquiries with Business and Development teams through investigation into root causes
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a technical environment, preferably within the financial services industry
Strong understanding of process automation, AI technologies, and workflow management
Experience applying Generative AI to enhance analysis and user experience
Proven success in Agile product delivery, stakeholder engagement, and product development using design thinking to create user-centric financial solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Bachelor's degree in the fields of Technology or Finance
5+ years of experience as a business analyst
