Required

Bachelor's degree with emphasis in real estate, finance, business, sales or marketing

Committed to pursuing a sales and marketing career in commercial real estate. Related experience a plus, but not necessary

Able to locate, analyze, manage, and disseminate information and data in a timely manner

Must exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills at all times

Must be outgoing, confident, competitive, self-motivated, well organized, highly energetic, and present a very professional appearance

Must be technologically and financially savvy, with a strong working knowledge of the Internet, Microsoft Office, financial analysis tools, database management, office equipment, and advanced communication tools

Must have exceptional problem-solving skills

Must have or immediately acquire a Wisconsin Real Estate Salesperson license
