Proposal Manager
Ruby-Collins, Inc. is a company dedicated to building essential water infrastructure, and they are seeking a strategic Proposals Manager to lead their work acquisition efforts. The role involves owning the full proposal lifecycle, translating technical concepts into client-focused narratives, and coaching technical experts for presentations.
Responsibilities
Lead the Win: You will own the full proposal lifecycle—from the initial 'Go/No-Go' and capture planning to the final polished submission
Strategic Storytelling: You’ll translate technical engineering concepts into persuasive, client-focused narratives that highlight our value proposition
Interview Coaching: You won't just prep the deck; you’ll coach our technical experts to deliver high-stakes shortlist presentations
Visual Excellence: Utilizing Adobe Creative Suite, you’ll ensure our brand is reflected in high-end infographics and visual communication
Process Leadership: You’ll maintain our Unanet CRM and proposal libraries, ensuring our data is as precise as our construction
Qualification
Required
5+ years of marketing experience within Architecture, Engineering, or Construction
2+ years focused on pursuit strategy (Water/Wastewater market experience is a major plus)
Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite
The ability to command a room, manage executive-level stakeholders, and thrive under hard deadlines
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
