Responsibilities
Creates and executes test scripts which support the test plan for system enhancements. Executes test scripts and meticulously documents defects. Works directly with IT to resolve defects and performs all re-testing
Completes department tickets regarding the application including file feeds, report requests and minor application configurations
Processes established daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly reports per department job aids
Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested
Qualification
Required
Bachelor`s degree in a related field, or combination of education and 5 years of industry related experience
Three (3) years of population health analyst experience in testing and maintaining a SQL database system
Computer Skills: SQL, Excel, PowerBI and Word
Ability to recognize minor data inconsistencies and correct before going into production
Exceptional written, verbal and communication skills to handle all customer types
Thorough understanding of workflows and how they relate to a case management system
