Responsibilities
Lead the architecture and evolution of a self‑hosted AI Agent Platform built on AWS services including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, API Gateway, ALB, S3, KMS, and CloudWatch
Design scalable, modular infrastructure supporting multiple agent frameworks such as LangGraph, OpenAIAgent SDK, and Autogen
Define patterns for agent deployment, orchestration, and multi‑tenant scaling in containerized environments
Build intelligent multi‑agent workflows featuring complex reasoning and tool orchestration
Develop reusable SDKs, templates, and developer tooling to accelerate adoption across the enterprise
Integrate AI agents with enterprise platforms including ServiceNow, Salesforce, Snowflake, Confluence, Okta, and GRC systems
Implement robust authentication and authorization using Okta OIDC, JWT, and fine‑grained tool‑level policies
Establish observability standards—logging, metrics, tracing, and governance dashboards—to ensure platform reliability and transparency
Ensure compliance with enterprise AI governance and risk‑management frameworks
Mentor senior engineers and serve as a technical thought leader across teams
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive enterprise‑wide platform adoption and innovation
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or equivalent experience
5+ years of software engineering experience
Proven experience architecting and scaling distributed systems and AI platforms on AWS
Strong Python expertise, including experience with async frameworks such as FastAPI and asyncio
A passion for building high‑impact platforms, enabling teams, and shaping the future of enterprise AI
Preferred
3+ years in senior, staff, or principal engineering roles
