Support listing preparation, pricing strategy, and marketing execution
Guide clients through offers, negotiations, contracts, and closing
Maintain clean follow-up and pipeline tracking in our CRM
Qualification
Required
Active NYS real estate license
Strong follow-up habits, professionalism, and client-first mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to be coached
Tech-friendly (CRM, StreetEasy, Compass tools a plus)
Preferred
