Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end revenue operations across sales, support, marketing, and customer success

Define and optimize sales/support team structure to scale a high-performing e-commerce operation

Oversee WMS-driven catalog operations to drive growth across eBay, Amazon, and direct e-commerce channels

Architect and refine the full sales cycle—from inbound leads and quote-to-order through remarketing

Develop a unified revenue intelligence dashboard tracking key KPIs (pipeline, close rate, retention)

Own evaluation, implementation, and rollout of RevOps tools (CRM, CPQ, BI)

Govern CRM processes, data hygiene, and system integrations

Create GTM sales playbooks for new products and services

Lead data analysis to uncover insights across conversion, customer lifecycle value, and inventory strategy

Deliver accurate sales forecasting and reporting to senior leadership

Foster a collaborative culture and build operations that elevate team strengths

Required

5+ years of experience in managing revenue operations across sales, marketing, and support

Experience in e-commerce heavy environments, including marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon

Demonstrated ability to implement a CRM from the ground-up

Experience within CPQ environments

Demonstrated ownership of PPC and ad budgets

Experience with building and managing playbooks for sales, catalog, marketing, and support teams

Experience in the electronics industry; knowledge of computer parts or server hardware is a plus but not required
