F.N.B. Corp. is seeking an Instructional Designer and Developer to join their Human Resources team. This role is primarily responsible for designing and developing various training formats, including online and instructor-led training, while collaborating with partners to determine effective learning solutions.

Responsibilities

Designs learning content consistent with a formal instructional design methodology
Designs and develops creative, interactive and engaging content for online training, instructor led training and virtual instructor led training
Brings innovative and creative ideas to create learning solutions that drive talent development
Manages external vendors as needed to produce learning solutions
Manages learning projects and collaborates with Learning Programs team and lines of business partners
Collaborates with subject matter experts to gather, analyze and organize content that will be designed and developed into learning content tailored to target audience
Determines and recommends which tools to utilize in driving learning and development
Maintains existing training to incorporate updates and manage content
Measures and evaluates business impact and effectiveness of learning solutions
Performs other related duties and projects as assigned

Required

BA or BS
5 years of experience
Excellent organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills

Ability to use a personal computer and job-related software
MS PowerPoint - Expert Level
MS Word - Expert Level
MS Excel - Basic Level
Experience with online training authoring tools, graphic production tools including video production, web design, LMS and applying instructional techniques in a corporate setting
