Responsibilities
Architect, design, and implement advanced Appian applications and integrations in support of DAMIS requirements
Lead code reviews and enforce Appian coding standards and best practices
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across Appian and integrated Army systems
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior and intermediate Appian developers
Support integration, deployment, and sustainment of Appian solutions across Army enterprise environments
Collaborate with Army G-1 stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional, automated Appian workflows
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant experience
5 - 7 years of professional software development experience with Appian
Proven ability to design and deploy complex Appian applications in production environments
Active DoD SECRET clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered
Preferred
Prior experience developing solutions for the Department of Defense (DoD) or U.S. Army
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
Security+ or related DoD 8570 certification
Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, including Agile and DevSecOps methodologies
