Lead M&A execution : Build acquisition pipelines, evaluate opportunities, and manage full deal flow (diligence → integration → value capture)
Expand partnerships : Identify, negotiate, and scale alliances that open markets, enhance products, or drive new revenue streams
Deliver market insights : Track trends, analyze competitors, and provide executives with actionable recommendations
Shape strategic planning : Partner with finance and senior leadership to inform annual and multi-year growth plans
Qualification
Required
5–8 years in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity (software/tech focus preferred)
Strong deal execution experience — sourcing, diligence, integration
Advanced financial modeling and market analysis skills
Executive presence and confidence to engage with senior leaders and external stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
