Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge to effectively support Operations and Customer Support teams
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows and timely issue resolution
Liaise with the Fraud Department to report and follow up on potentially fraudulent activities
Keep the supervisor informed of operational issues, risks, and improvement opportunities
Support interdepartmental coordination to resolve customer complaints efficiently
Respond to customer and internal complaint-related emails in a timely and professional manner
Provide operational backup support to team members when required
Assist in conducting quality assurance surveys and updating reports accordingly
Coordinate with Operations Team Leads to help identify and resolve operational gaps and improve efficiencies
Escalate operational and customer-related issues appropriately and ensure proper follow-up for resolution

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Up to 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an advantage
Good verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong adaptability in a dynamic work environment
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Basic analytical and reporting skills

Basic understanding of Fintech / Banking terminology
