Customer Service Representative - Sylmar CA
A & Associates is seeking a Customer Service Representative responsible for fulfilling office administrative functions while delivering professional and efficient customer support. This role supports daily operations through order processing, data entry, customer communication, and coordination with internal teams.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain product knowledge, staying current on new products, product binders, company websites, and other media and internet resources
Maintain customer files and records, including special orders and display logs
Create packing lists and invoices; mail or email invoices as required
Perform accurate data entry of customer order information
Process and ship literature requests
Provide feedback to the Customer Service Supervisor regarding estimated time of arrival (ETA) for backorders, product issues, and customer concerns
Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner using a pleasant tone
Assist with customer service inquiries as requested
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Professionalism
Customer Relations and Customer Service
