Responsibilities

Respond to inquiries from prospective MBA students
Communicate information and expectations to prospective students
Support the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment Campus Visit Program
Execute front desk operations for the MBA Admissions Suite
Perform general financial functions
Train and supervise Student Assistants
Execute a wide-range of office and/or administrative tasks
Liaise between prospective students and the MBA Admissions & Student Recruitment office
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide high-quality customer service and develop appropriate solutions to challenges

Required

High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience
Ability to work with a broad range of internal and external constituents
A strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to sit at a desk and use a computer throughout most of the day
This position is designated as a Campus Security Authority in accordance with the Clery Act. This position will be required to report Clery crimes to the Clery Compliance Manager and complete annual training about reporting responsibilities
Evening work occasionally, Overtime occasionally, Weekend work occasionally
In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire
This position is only open to United States citizens or lawful permanent residents
