Associate Sales Manager

In this role, you will act as the key liaison between the brokered sales team and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely sharing of sales information, preparing analyses, and managing the new item set-up process.

Responsibilities
Act as the key liaison between our brokered sales team and internal stakeholders to ensure that all sales information is shared in a timely manner
Prepare analysis, track and report POS on a weekly basis to identify trends and opportunities
Communicate item information & updates to platforms like 1World Sync
Manage new item set-up process - completion of forms & distribution of sales samples for key meetings
Maintain key go-to-market materials including price lists, distribution trackers, broker portal maintenance, etc
Support the direct sales management of key retailers like Costco & Ulta
Develop and provide project support for sales presentations, business reviews, and special projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
1+ years of relevant experience in sales, ideally in skincare, beauty, or other CPG category
Think creatively but stay organized, you've got ideas and spreadsheets
Are a self-starter who takes initiative and runs with projects (you don't wait to be told what to do)
Are comfortable in a fast-paced environment where evolution is constant
Can tell a clear and compelling story – communication is key in this role
