Software

Responsibilities

Design website layouts, wireframes, and page structures based on project requirements
Develop and customize WordPress websites, themes, and templates
Convert design files (Figma, Adobe XD, PSD) into responsive WordPress pages
Collaborate with the design team to maintain brand consistency and design quality
Assist the design team with website-related visuals, UI elements, and design adaptations
Customize and manage WordPress plugins and page builders (Elementor, Gutenberg, etc.)
Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly
Perform website maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting
Follow best practices for website security, performance, and scalability

Qualification

Required

2–4 years of experience in WordPress development and web design

Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator
Solid understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
Experience with popular page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg)
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and website performance optimization

Preferred

Experience with WooCommerce
Familiarity with Git/version control
Basic knowledge of hosting environments and cPanel
Experience working in an agency or multi-project environments
