Responsibilities

Strategic Messaging: Partner with managers to create communication plans for internal initiatives, including company changes, sales goals, and employee engagement
Company Announcements: Draft and deliver important news to the staff and handle any follow-up questions or feedback
Digital Presence: Manage and design content for the company’s internal website (intranet) to keep it fresh and useful
Channel Innovation: Look for new and better ways to reach employees, whether through new apps, video, or other tech tools
Brand & Culture: Ensure all communications reflect our commitment to diversity and stay true to the company brand
Compliance & Quality: Keep records and processes up to date to meet internal standards and regulatory requirements
