Responsibilities

Coordinate loan servicing activities for both consumer and non-consumer loans, from the initial request through completion. Includes prioritizing workloads, ensuring necessary documents are available, partnering with underwriting teams when credit risk analysis is required, verifying interest rates and fees, and confirming compliance with regulations

Review entity and trust documentation, ensure sufficient collateral is in place, initiate and resolve title work, obtain subordinations, and perfect lien positions

Additionally, the role must book servicing actions and update tracking systems, review collateral for release, and monitor ongoing conditions

Coordination and partnership with teammates are also key to enhancing the customer experience
