Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple data sources
Perform data analysis using Excel, SQL, and BI tools
Create basic dashboards and reports using Power BI / Tableau
Identify trends, patterns, and data inconsistencies
Support senior analysts in ad-hoc reporting and analysis
Document data definitions, logic, and reporting processes
Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical teams
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts)
Basic to intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOINs, WHERE, GROUP BY)
Understanding of data analysis concepts and KPIs
Exposure to Power BI or Tableau
Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy – good to have)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field
Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications are a plus
Preferred
Knowledge of data visualization best practices
Exposure to healthcare, finance, or retail data
Understanding of data governance and data quality concepts
