Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows
Analyze existing systems and recommend optimized, scalable solutions
Ensure technology solutions align with business objectives and delivery timelines
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using BI tools
Work with Google Analytics (GA4 preferred) to track metrics, user behavior, and performance
Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks
Provide insights to support planning, execution, and decision-making
Work closely with product, engineering, data, and business teams
Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, reviews, and refinements
Manage priorities, dependencies, and change requests
Support release planning and production deployments
Support and coordinate UAT, system validations, and demos
Ensure data accuracy, reporting consistency, and adherence to quality standards
Maintain clear documentation and traceability across requirements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst
Hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Strong working knowledge of Google Analytics
Experience translating business needs into technical and functional documentation
Good understanding of systems, APIs, and data flows
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work on multiple initiatives in parallel
Preferred
Experience in financial services, analytics, or regulated environments
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
Basic SQL or data querying experience
