Responsibilities

Develop and deliver instructor led, virtual, and self paced training
Maintain CRM training materials
Onboard new hires
Provide frontline CRM support
Triage and escalate technical issues
Assist with Outlook CRM connectivity
Drive user engagement
Support feature releases
Advocate for UX improvements
Coach teams on data best practices
Conduct periodic CRM audits
Reinforce compliance with standards
Partner with Sales Enablement, IT, and others

Qualification

Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRMTechnical training deliveryCore CRM entities understandingCustomer support instinctsCommunication skills

Required

3–5 years supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
Experience delivering technical training
Understanding of core CRM entities
Strong communication skills

Preferred

Experience in Sales Enablement or Operations
