Lead agency operations, financial performance, and organizational strategy
Ensure delivery of high-quality programs aligned with mission and community needs
Support and advise the Board of Directors
Build and sustain partnerships with community, government, and funding organizations
Oversee funding development, contracts, and regulatory compliance
Lead, develop, and support staff across the organization
Represent KVCAP publicly and strengthen its community presence
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
Strong operational, financial, and organizational leadership skills
Knowledge of programs and services supporting low-income communities
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
Ability to navigate regulatory and funding environments
Valid driver's license and ability to meet background requirements
Preferred
Master's degree or equivalent experience
