Responsibilities
Support financial planning and analysis activities for Cybersecurity portfolios , including budgets, forecasts, and monthly spend tracking
Process requisitions and invoices , ensuring accurate coding within procurement systems and timely management approvals
Track vendor renewals and periodic payments , ensuring deadlines are met and services remain uninterrupted
Coordinate with Finance on month-end close activities , including accruals, reclasses, and forecast updates
Review monthly cloud and hosting expenses , analyze variances, validate against planned changes, and correct discrepancies
Perform complex financial analyses to support business cases, leadership requests, and ad hoc reporting
Maintain accurate financial records and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across financial and operational objectives
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs
Strong experience with budgeting, procurement, invoicing, and financial analysis
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to leadership
Understanding of enterprise business processes and cross-functional collaboration
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (Finance, Accounting, Business, or Computer Science)
