Responsibilities

Manage and support the Microsoft Mobile Client Suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), ensuring secure and efficient mobile collaboration
Deploy and manage mobile apps; Troubleshoot mobile client issues; Enforce security and compliance policies; Provide user support and training
Knowledge of mobile device management (MDM); Familiarity with M365 mobile apps
Experience working in a service desk, managed services, or EUC operations team
Deployment and management of M365 mobile apps via Intune; Mobile security policy enforcement; Troubleshooting mobile sync and authentication issues; Integration with enterprise collaboration tools

Required

Degree in IT/Computing
