Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing team of Reagent Sales Consultants (RSCs) to achieve national assay growth and menu expansion targets across chemistry and immunoassay portfolios
Oversee national menu expansion strategy, including identification of key growth opportunities, competitive conversion pathways, and alignment of resources to maximize incremental revenue
Align field execution with marketing campaigns, product launches, and strategic revenue initiatives to drive consistent and measurable impact across the installed base
Own and manage the growth bridge, forecast-to-target process, and associated analytics leveraging sales management tools and SFDC to ensure visibility, accountability, and accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Applications, Service, and Business Units to remove barriers, accelerate adoption, and ensure successful implementation of new assays

Required

Must have a bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of field sales experience
Proven experience leading and developing field-based commercial teams to achieve growth targets and execute strategic initiatives
Strong clinical and analytical acumen with the ability to understand laboratory workflows, assay performance, industry benchmarks, and competitive dynamics
Demonstrated success operating in a cross-functional, dynamic environment, influencing customer decisions, and driving commercial outcomes through technically complex solutions
Resilience, perseverance, and strategic problem-solving skills to navigate challenges, motivate teams, and deliver sustained revenue growth
Ability to travel up to 50%, including overnight travel
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record

Strong interpersonal, planning, and time-management skills, with confidence communicating and influencing at all organizational levels
Prior experience working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to shape commercial strategy
