Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement AWS data driven infrastructure and applications
Deliver Fidelity’s promise of creating the best customer experience in the industry
Get exposure to CI/CD deployment infrastructure, Agile development tools and procedures, relational (and non-relational) database technologies
Design end-to-end solutions
Qualification
Required
10+ years in designing, developing, installing, and supporting Enterprise quality applications
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: Building applications on AWS using HA and DR best practices
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: Oracle PL/SQL packages and SQL performance tuning
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: Relational Data Modeling
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: Python or Scala
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: DynamoDB or other NoSQL Databases
5+ years of hands-on development experience with: Data Streaming using Kafka, Kinesis or similar
Proficient in Java, ideally with a micro-services development background
Experience working in a DevOps and CI/CD environment
Experience developing in an Agile team setting (Kanban and/or SCRUM)
AWS Developer certification
A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
Ability to think out of box and design end-to-end solutions
Passion and intellectually curious to learn new technologies and implement robust, scalable solutions
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent collaboration skills to work with multiple teams in the organization
Preferred
Experience with Snowflake is a plus
