Responsibilities

Build and maintain a pipeline at 3–4x quota through self-sourced opportunities using AI-powered tools, intent data, trigger events, and Securin’s proprietary market intelligence
Design and execute multi-threaded, account-based strategies to penetrate multiple stakeholders and focus on quantifiable business impact (regulation, risk, productivity, cost)
Run outbound campaigns, leverage strategic networking, and represent Securin at industry events to create new relationships at speed
Conduct executive-level discovery conversations that uncover latent pain, quantify financial consequences, and position Securin as the obvious strategic partner
Monitor competitors and market shifts to sharpen Securin’s positioning and win rates
Own every deal end-to-end using the MEDDPICC framework: identify Economic Buyers, map Decision Criteria & Process, secure Champions, neutralize Competition, and navigate the Paper Process
Structure creative commercial solutions to unlock budget and accelerate close cycles, especially in complex buying environments
Lead high-stakes discovery calls, deliver tailored demos, and orchestrate multi-threaded evaluations involving internal champions and Securin technical resources
Translate technical features and attacker logic into compelling business cases for executive buyers, tying Securin solutions directly to the prospect’s P&L and strategic initiatives
Deliver accurate, real-time forecasting and advance opportunities relentlessly while maintaining flawless CRM hygiene in HubSpot
Influence cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Delivery, Customer Success) to deliver on customer commitments and drive post-sale success
Rapidly master Securin’s platform and value proposition through intensive onboarding and ongoing enablement
Actively coach and mentor early-career reps; share winning playbooks and contribute to methodology evolution
Seek out and implement real-time coaching with radical candor—giving and receiving feedback daily
Continuously refine your craft through role-plays, deal reviews, and industry study to stay at the cutting edge of enterprise sales

Required

3–5 years of full-cycle closing experience as an Account Executive in cybersecurity, SaaS, or complex B2B environments
Proven, repeatable track record of hitting or exceeding quota (top 20% performance strongly preferred)
Mastery of consultative selling and executive-level communication; you naturally speak the language of CISOs, CFOs, and General Counsels
Deep fluency with MEDDPICC (or MEDDIC/MEDDPIC) and the ability to teach it to others
Demonstrated ability to structure and negotiate complex commercial terms
Technical acumen—able to credibly discuss cybersecurity concepts, attacker logic, and partner with technical experts
Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex technical and regulatory domains
High coachability combined with strong self-discipline and ownership mentality
Track record of influencing cross-functional teams to deliver customer outcomes
Advanced proficiency with HubSpot (or similar enterprise CRM), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, outreach sequencing tools, and AI-driven research platforms
Willingness to travel up to 30% for key accounts, executive briefings, and company events
