Mid LevelCube Hub Inc. is seeking a versatile Application Platform / DevOps Engineer to support the IT organization of a financial services firm. This role focuses on application platform operations, development support, and migration initiatives, working closely with multiple application teams in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities
Provide operational support for application platforms, including maintenance, troubleshooting, and incident response
Support application development initiatives by coordinating with multiple application teams
Manage and support DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, container-based environments, and release processes
Support frequent application releases in an Agile development environment
Utilize GitHub for source control, module management, and application operational support
Support front-office and middle-office applications across the Americas, primarily web-based and microservices-driven systems
Qualification
Required
Broad experience in application platform operations, development support, and migration projects
Strong understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), with hands-on experience completing at least two full development cycles
Experience working in Agile development environments with frequent release cycles
Proven ability to coordinate effectively with multiple application teams
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Preferred
Experience with DevOps and automation technologies, including:
GitHub and GitHub Actions
CI/CD pipelines
Container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
Cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure
Prior experience supporting applications in a financial services environment
Japanese language skills are a plus
